Villa design
A villa is a private house attached to the ground, surrounded by land.
The term villa dates back to the time of ancient Rome, where the villa was the main structure on the ground, and was used as a residence for the upper class.
Throughout architectural history, we encounter villas in many periods, and in all of them the villa is the residential structure of the upper class.
During the Italian Renaissance, Tuscan villas were very common, a Tuscan villa was designed hand in hand with its garden. The consideration of the garden was important and fundamental in the design of the house, because it connected the interior of the house to the exterior, and was the space connecting the house to the rest of the area.
This issue of planning and designing a villa in conjunction with the planning and design of the area and garden was maintained in the idea of villas even in later years when the villa developed into what it is today.
As of today, the term villa refers to any private house attached to a large plot of land and is still considered a status symbol for the upper class and upper middle class, only today when planning and designing the area and garden in the house, incorporating the services and technology that can be done today and planning swimming pools, etc.
Lev Architecture specializes in the design and planning of the interior and exterior of villas.
In planning our villas, we emphasize the small details, the paths leading to the house, the front garden, which are essentially the space that connects the house to the public road, and in addition, we address the spaces between the house and the garden from the living room to the pergola, from the pool back to the front of the house.
All of these small details create a different home experience, attention to all these details is the overall design required of the house.
