In addition, the cat can do its business anywhere on the grass without leaving any trace of the scent of urine.

It doesn't matter if you go for a European or country-style architectural design, your ceilings are in your control and your cat, therefore, is going to be very happy if you choose to insert walking beams near the ceiling into certain spaces. Not only that - hallways can also be great. Where did the idea come from? Well, the Jewish architect Peter Cohen, who loved the book "The Cat's House" by Bob Walker so much, made Cohen invest between 30-40 thousand dollars in order to respectfully house his 18 cats. Now his house is called "Neko's House" - cat in Japanese.

Cohen has created at least two access points inside the tunnels from which he can rescue the cat if necessary. In addition, he has networked the house with 25 security cameras that include a number of smart features including locks, sun shades, thermostats and lighting that are controlled entirely via Cohen’s iPhone.
