Architectural Perspective - Liran Ben Ivgi

In my opinion, proper planning and design are first and foremost the position of the structure on the surface, and a functional approach to the structure in relation to the client's requirements.

Architectural Perspective

When designing a house, it is very important to me to create harmony between all the characteristics of the house:

Between the interior and exterior - that there is a correct flow of materials between the interior and exterior of the building, i.e. that each element inside the house matches its color and style with every element outside the house.

Between functionality and aesthetics - that the functionality of the building is not harmed as a result of the architectural design, it is important that they complement and compliment each other and do not harm each other. The functionality of the house is characterized by maintaining a correct flow chart, taking into account the intervals that create convenient accessibility in accordance with the various functions.

Between materials and colors - the choice of colors will be made from the same family and will not be a combination of warm and cold colors, materials will be chosen according to the style, maintaining a common language with the selected colors.

For me, a house is a place that is comfortable to live in, where the atmosphere will be warm, and where the interior and exterior will reflect the people living in the house. Therefore, when designing a house, I take the time to understand the client and His requirements and dreams for his home, the design of the home will be done in accordance with these requirements, the functionality of the home will be determined according to his requirements, and the architectural design will be done in the most flattering way for each function.
